Ranjit is a business lawyer and registered Canadian patent agent with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. He specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and providing expert opinions on patent validity and potential infringement.
Derek is an experienced accounting professional with expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and corporate taxation. He has spent two decades as the Chief Financial Officer of a Vancouver-based college and has held senior management roles in manufacturing and startup companies.
Manuel has over 20 years of diverse professional experience in Canada and France, including in television, sales, and health supplements. His background in media and entertainment has provided him with a strong command of storytelling and audience engagement.
Dr. Franciosi built VivaCare™, our senior care program which is focused on driving innovation to help eliminate chronic diseases that plague seniors. Our program enables seniors who age-in-place access to premium, concierge continuum care plans until end-of-life. Lui drew knowledge, insights and inspiration from experience in managing senior care facilities as a licensed operator within the Vancouver Coastal Authority and Fraser Health Authority. He is currently Executive Director of the Dania Home Society. He has also conducted extensive research on wound care management, dementia, asthma and COPD. He is Adjunct Professor of Gerontology at Simon Fraser University as well as Adjunct Professor at UBC, where he earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Dr. Franciosi has been retained to advise and ensure the VivaCare™ program is successfully implemented.
Michael has extensive experience in senior housing, including independent living, assisted living, and long-term care. He is known for his ability to build collaborative teams and has successfully managed private-pay home care programs.
